Support becomes more specific through the experience levels, right up to the highly complex design, scoping and implementation leadership of international and strategic accounts, working at the highest level with customers and managing large projects. This includes remote technical assistance, recommendation and advice, fault isolation and requests for product enhancement. Team focus is on hardware support in HP-UX, Windows, Linux .. Environments close together Dataprotector Support and all other support teams. Other services entail delivering support to customers via E-services, creating and distributing knowledge using specific tools.
